Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches for our Academy programs in the United States. Sessions run throughout the week, coaches receive a uniform and have access to housing and vehicle assistance. Competitive weekly pay aligns with experience in a professional coaching environment.

You will mentor staff, communicate with players and parents, and act as an ambassador for Challenger Sports as you help grow year‑round coaching excellence.

Qualifications

• Background check required or willing to start application.
• Must know first aid procedures.
• Personable with energetic attitude.
• Playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Must have valid work authorization.
