Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to join our Soccer Academy in the Boston area. You will mentor and support the organization and coaching staff, delivering in-house clinics and coach education, while serving as a positive role model through clear, continual feedback to players, parents and fellow coaches.

As an ambassador of Challenger Sports, you will be part of year-round professional coaching, with weekly pay based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required or willingness to begin application.
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures.
• Personable with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred.
• Must have valid work authorization.

What is Soccer Academy?

Professional year-round coaching.

• You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
• Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
• Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Compensation:

Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of hours worked. Your weekly schedule will remain consistent over the course of the season (6-10 weeks).

Requirements:
