Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking an Academy Soccer Coach to lead sessions within a 1-hour radius of your home in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on delivering Challenger-curated coaching programs to multiple age groups (2–16) and using Challenger software to plan sessions.

You will communicate professionally with players and staff, adapt to weather changes, and bring your own transportation. A soccer coaching background and work authorization in the USA are required.

Qualifications

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve.

• Coaching weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
• Session plans: use Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communication: professional and effective communication to players and Challenger Sports staff members.
• Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather

Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is essential.

Compensation

$40 gross per hour.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.

Times

The sessions will start one day per week, and opportunities to increase hours will be available.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.

Must have experience working with children and have a soccer coaching background.

The position requires your own transport.

Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
