Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking an Academy Soccer Coach to deliver sessions across youth players (ages 2–16) following our curriculum. Sessions are scheduled on Saturdays, with two time blocks: 9am–11am and 2pm–4pm, with field sessions within a 1-hour radius of the coach's home.

Training involves presenting high-quality, engaging sessions and maintaining professionalism. Compensation is $35 gross per hour, with lunch and gas included.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with youth players (2–16 years).
• Desirable ball mastery coaching experience.

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams & players whilst following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve.

• Coaching weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old) on Saturdays.
• Delivering high quality sessions with enthusiasm, patience and professionalism.
• Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather.
• 9am-11am, 2pm-4pm weekly on Saturdays.

Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.

Compensation

$35 gross per hour, lunch and gas included.

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1hr radius of your home.

Times

The sessions will be in the evenings Mon to Fri & during the day on weekends.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• Must have experience working with children.
• All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
• The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
