You will shape the vision and deliver research, planning, design and engineering services to wastewater agencies and related clients, interfacing with regional and national leaders to advance capabilities and pursue opportunities. You will lead HDR’s involvement in industry associations, drive client development, and manage staff in SoCal offices, with potential national career paths in operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, planning or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning or engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy of the Southern California program to expand and provide research, planning, design and engineering services.
• Lead opportunities, pursue champions, and manage client relationships for wastewater projects.
• Engage with regional and national technology and market sector leaders to advance local capabilities.
• Represent HDR in industry associations and lead committee participation and publications.
