Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in transit planning, design, or related services.
• Experience managing client relationships and strategic pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Assess the market, identify opportunities, and establish growth strategies.
• Lead business development in partnership with leadership and marketing teams.
• Develop the SoCal transit growth agenda and senior client relationships.
• Serve as client manager, pursuit champion, or project leader for strategic clients.
• Build relationships with transit agencies, partners, and industry organizations.
• Lead capture planning, proposals, and interview strategies for priority pursuits.
• Promote HDR services across market sectors and coordinate delivery teams.
