Job summary

Golden State Cider (Sonoma Craft) seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southern California to lead all sales activities, expand distributor networks, and drive revenue growth. You will coach the regional team, develop regional strategies, and partner with Marketing, Operations, and leadership to execute plans that boost market share and brand presence.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience in Cider, Beer and Spirits preferred.
• Minimum five years of related marketing experience.
• Excellent leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Proven marketing strategies for small brands with grassroots approach.
• Public relations experience and existing relationships.
• Ability to translate syndicated market data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales growth and strategy for Southern California.
• Manage distributor relationships, forecasting, and program execution.
• Develop and support key accounts, placements, and promotions regionally.
• Coach and train Southern California sales reps and market managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Exec to align priorities and budget.
• Represent Sonoma Craft at events, educate on brand and drive visibility.
