Sonic is seeking an MDU Growth Lead in the LA/SoCal market to lead, coach, and develop the SoCal MDU Growth team as part of fiber sales initiatives. The role blends frontline sales leadership with in-field execution, including canvassing, side-by-side selling, coaching, and performance accountability.

The ideal candidate is a proactive field leader who can inspire reps, drive consistent sales results, provide real-time coaching, and report insights to the MDU Sales Market Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires California Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the SoCal MDU Growth team in achieving individual and team sales goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and field development for team members
• Conduct side-by-side selling and in-field observations to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new hires and developing representatives
• Represent Sonic professionally within the communities we serve
