Job summary

Sonic Internet + Phone is hiring an MDU Growth Lead for the LA/SoCal market. The role blends front-line sales leadership with hands-on field execution, including canvassing, side-by-side selling, coaching, and performance accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the SoCal MDU Growth team in achieving individual and team sales goals
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and field development for team members
• Conduct side-by-side selling and in-field observations to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Support onboarding and training efforts for new hires and developing representatives
