Job summary

Sonic Internet + Phone is hiring a field sales representative to secure new fiber orders from apartment, condo, and multi-dwelling units within our fiber footprint. You will drive take rate, manage door-knocking campaigns, and coordinate with property managers and landlords to grow Sonic’s consumer services.

The role emphasizes outbound sales, territory management, and timely reporting, with travel to assigned MDUs and a 40-hour work week. Prior CRM and MS Office familiarity are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM software; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and drive Take Rate at full building installs to 30%.
• Complete at least 200 doors knocked and 3 new orders per day.
• Coordinate onsite events with landlords and property managers.
• Visit full building installs during installation and coordinate with Acquisition team.
• Use Salesforce Maps for route planning and track doors knocked daily.
• Record opportunities daily in Directly and Salesforce.
• Provide daily reports to the Sales Manager.
