Job summary

The MDU Growth Lead at Sonic in the LA/SoCal market will lead and coach the SoCal MDU Growth team to support fiber sales in multi-dwelling units. This role blends frontline sales leadership with hands-on field execution, including canvassing and side-by-side selling.

You will provide real-time coaching, identify growth opportunities, and report actionable insights to the MDU Sales Market Manager while ensuring strong customer engagement and adherence to Sonic standards.

Qualifications

• Coaching and developing MDU Growth Representatives to maximize sales performance and career growth
• Regular field observations, ride-alongs, and side-by-side selling sessions
• Drive performance accountability through goal setting, coaching, and follow-up
• Monitor individual and team sales metrics, productivity, and daily activity levels
• Represent Sonic professionally within the communities we serve

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop MDU Growth Representatives to maximize sales performance and career growth
• Conduct regular field observations, ride-alongs, and side-by-side selling sessions
• Drive performance accountability through goal setting, coaching, and follow-up
• Monitor individual and team sales metrics, productivity, and daily activity levels
• Provide timely reporting, sales updates, and field insights to the MDU Sales Market Manager
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, territory optimization, and sales growth
• Assist with escalations, account concerns, and field-related issues as needed
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
• Represent Sonic professionally and positively within the communities we serve
