AECOM is seeking an experienced Environmental Transportation Growth Lead to join our dynamic team in Southern California, based in Los Angeles or Orange, CA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-oriented senior leader to spearhead the expansion of our portfolio in the Southern California region. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple offices and drive strategic growth initiatives leveraging AECOM’s global expertise to deliver innovative solutions for transportation clients.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Transportation Planning, or similar.
• Master’s degree in an environmental or business management related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Environmental Transportation Planning Business in Southern California across LA/Orange region, identifying opportunities and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with senior staff to understand current clients, contracts, and develop engagement plans and growth strategies.
• Network with existing clients to increase opportunities and maintain a strong AECOM pipeline; support bid and proposal activities.

Education
