AECOM seeks an Environmental Transportation Growth Lead in Southern California to accelerate growth, lead strategic initiatives, and expand the environmental planning portfolio across LA and Orange counties. Qualifications

• BS degree in environmental planning, science, or transportation planning;
• 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience/education for CA and federal transportation agencies.
• A valid driver’s license is required and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Grow the Environmental Transportation Planning Business in Southern California and expand client base.
• Collaborate with senior staff to understand clients, contracts, and create growth strategies.
• Lead cross-business line pursuits and coordinate proposals, staffing, and Salesforce pipeline.
• Mentor staff and support recruitment to grow the environmental transportation team.
• Serve as Environmental Planning liaison for LA/Orange region and regional leadership accountability.
