Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services is looking for an Airport General Operations Manager for Southern California to oversee operational and administrative functions across Los Angeles, Santa Ana and San Diego. You will lead, coordinate, and develop staff, ensure budgets and profitability, and drive top-tier service delivery while maintaining strong relations with airline customers and airport authorities.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, scheduling flexibility, and travel between LAX, SNA and SAN

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of passenger handling experience or airline operations experience in airport operations with 3 years in a management position.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime; flexible schedule.
• Must be fluent in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel between LAX, SNA and SAN as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate administrative and operational activities across Los Angeles, Santa Ana and San Diego.
• Oversee HR functions, staffing, salaries, training and compliance with policies.
• Ensure contracts with clients are executed efficiently and profitably.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and cost control across units.
• Maintain strong relationships with HAS customers' management and stakeholders.
• Drive safety, quality, and frequent communication with airport authorities.
