Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services in Southern California seeks an Airport General Operations Manager to lead administrative and operational activities across Los Angeles, Santa Ana and San Diego. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of passenger handling experience or airline experience in airport operations with 3 years in a management position.
• Must be fluent in English in written and oral form.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
• Occasional travel between LAX, SNA and SAN is required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the administrative office in Los Angeles, Santa Ana and San Diego.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure internal and external customer needs are satisfied.
• Ensure contracts and labor hours are billed properly and profitability is managed.
• Identify and develop future leaders for supervisor and management positions.
• Interface with LAX, SNA and SAN airport authorities.
• Ensure efficient staffing and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Drive customer relations and quarterly performance reviews.
