Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Current California Professional Engineer license.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technical aviation experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality and risk.
• Strong client-facing communication and professional judgment.
• Ability to lead independently while collaborating across a national organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead airport planning and design projects from kickoff through completion.
• Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and contracts.
• Provide senior technical guidance and delivery standards.
• Oversee workload distribution across disciplines and offices.
• Foster client relationships and act as trusted senior point of contact.
• Support business growth and market expansion in California aviation.
