Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Strong C or C++ programming skills with OO design understanding.
• Familiarity with low-level systems software, device drivers, firmware, or hardware-facing programming.
• Foundational understanding of processor architecture, preferably ARM.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with curiosity about hardware-software interaction.
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SoC software, validation solutions, and test frameworks for CPU, SoC, and GPU platforms; may span user space, kernel, firmware, and boot software.
• Build system validation and reliability software from virtual prototypes to production-ready hardware.
• Contribute to system software architecture and integrate capabilities across the software stack.
• Collaborate with architecture, ASIC, firmware, platform, and NPI teams to bring new computing platforms to life.
• Investigate hardware/software issues, develop creative solutions, improve performance, reliability, power efficiency, and serviceability.
• Explore emerging technologies and apply learnings to real-world engineering problems.
