FNBO is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor alarms, CCTV, and access control across multiple locations and to coordinate emergency responses to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and assets. The role also includes dispatching security personnel, administering badges, coordinating vendor access, and maintaining detailed shift reports.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control across FNBO locations.
• Identify and assess security threats and safety hazards in real time.
• Respond to alarm activations and determine appropriate response protocols.
• Maintain awareness of security incidents and operational status across facilities.
• Serve as liaison with local emergency services (police, fire, EMS).
• Coordinate emergency response activities and provide critical information to first responders.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents and service requests.
• Assist with processing access control requests and badge activations/deactivations.
• Coordinate building access for after-hours personnel and vendors.
• Monitor vendor activity and escalate urgent maintenance issues.
• Maintain professional communication and prepare detailed shift reports.
• Brief incoming shift personnel and provide updates to management.
• Maintain logs and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
