Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. You will support government clients with information security response, monitoring, and audit/compliance in our SOC.

The role offers growth in security capabilities, collaboration with a motivated team, and interaction with a broad range of stakeholders. You will contribute to incident management and reporting, with on-call rotation and potential after-hours work.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A Government Security Clearance is eligible.
• 2+ years in a SOC as Security Analyst.
• Experience supporting a large global enterprise.
• Solid knowledge of malware, threats and vulnerability management.
• Proficient understanding of IP protocols and ports.
• Experience with security tools such as CrowdStrike, ExtraHop, Netskope, Cisco Suite and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of incident response methodologies and technologies.
• Familiar with ISO 2700X, SOX and PCI.
• Customer service including escalation handling.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of Information Security professionals supporting a global enterprise.
• Perform daily real-time monitoring and analysis of security events from multiple sources.
• Communicate and escalate issues and incidents per process or management.
• Contribute to design and implementation of Security Event Analysis and Incident Management processes.
• Create incident response reports communicating findings and lessons learned.
• Participate in weekly SOC analyst on-call rotation, with after-hours availability.
