Job summary

FNBO is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor security systems and coordinate emergency responses across FNBO facilities. You will manage CCTV, access control, and incident reporting to protect personnel, customers, and assets.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong skills in observation, communication, and decision-making under pressure. Onsite work with a focus on rapid response and teamwork within a multi-location

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, and access control across FNBO locations.
• Identify and assess security threats, suspicious activity, and safety hazards in real time.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and determine response protocols.
• Maintain awareness of security incidents and operational status across facilities.
• Serve as liaison with local emergency services (police, fire, EMS).
• Coordinate emergency response activities and provide information to first responders.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents and service requests.
• Assist with processing access control requests and badge activations.
• Coordinate vendor access for service calls and installations.
• Prepare shift reports and brief incoming personnel on ongoing situations.
• Provide updates to management regarding significant events.
• Maintain logs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
