Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in security or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in security operations, dispatch, surveillance monitoring, or similar environment preferred.
• Proficiency with CCTV platforms, access control systems, and security monitoring software.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and feeds without losing focus.
• Strong written communication; reports must be clear and useful to others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across Swickard's dealership network in real time.
• Serve as the first line of detection and response for security incidents; assess, act, and escalate with confidence.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and shift handoff documentation.
• Coordinate with dealership management, on-site personnel, and emergency services during active events.
• Identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies through surveillance and threat assessment.
• Support security audits, risk assessments, and SOC procedure development.
• Partner with IT, HR, and operations to enforce security standards across locations.
