Job summary

Trulieve seeks a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor and respond to security incidents across facilities. You will manage access control, monitor CCTV, coordinate with vendors, and support emergency responses.

This entry-level role reports to the SOC Supervisor in Scottsdale, AZ, with a 11:30am–10pm MST schedule and a pay rate of $21/hour. Strong communication, detail‑oriented work, and teamwork are essential; prior SOC experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in a security operations center or similar role is desirable.
• CPR/First Aid or other security emergency-certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• 1+ years of SOC-like work experience and security operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Call management: handle incoming calls professionally and document concerns.
• Access control: verify and manage access requests through web systems.
• Vendor dispatching: coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Emergency support: assist emergency services and coordinate responses.
• Asset protection: monitor CCTV/alarms and report security breaches.
• Documentation: maintain records and generate management reports.
