Clarion Security LLC is seeking a dependable SOC Officer to monitor CCTV and alarm systems at our Kingston, GA location. The role includes receiving calls, dispatching officers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure rapid, safe responses.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, remains calm under pressure, and makes sound decisions in routine and emergency situations. Prior dispatch or SOC experience is preferred, with full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers, radios, telephones, and other communication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, radios, telephones, and other security systems.
• Receive and respond to emergency, complaint, and routine calls.
• Dispatch and direct security officers to designated locations.
• Relay information to officers, supervisors, and other personnel.
• Maintain accurate call logs, reports, records, and files.
• Follow dispatch, emergency response, and communication procedures.
