Qualifications

• Minimum education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant diplomas valued.
• Security and protective services education is preferred, with military or civilian academy credentials considered.
• Experience in security, dispatch, or emergency operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security, life safety and CCTV systems 24/7 within the designated region.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and emergencies with clear guidance to staff.
• Document events and maintain control of equipment and keys in the control room.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor, Account Manager and Security Director as needed.
