PalAmerican Security is seeking a Security Operations Center Officer to safeguard client properties and respond to alarms on-site in Wisconsin. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, plus U.S. citizenship, are required.

You will monitor incidents, generate detailed reports, and support corporate safety programs to protect employees and visitors. Utilizing CCURE and Genetec, you will coordinate emergency responses, review incident reports, and create critical alerts for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Political Science, or related field.
• At least one year of relevant security experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

• Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and effectively.
• Produce detailed reports and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Coordinate emergency responses and review incident reports to improve safety.
• Monitor OSINT, threat intel, weather and geopolitical events affecting operations.
