Responsibilities

• Develop system-level test programs for debugging, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices.
• Perform measurements impacting SoC power and performance for upcoming products.
• Collaborate with design, validation, test, manufacturing, system test, and software teams to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Work with ATE and software teams to develop test cases and benchmarks for production testing and characterization.
• Characterize test setups, correlate results to ATE, and optimize production screening guardbands.
• Define characterization plans, analyze data statistically, and review silicon characterization activities with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages and serve as the central contact for various teams, impacting product quality and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system-level characterization using functional/worst-case scenarios and correlation to ATE.
• Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, ATE test content, and system-level test hardware and software.
• Proven ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with statistical data analysis tools for high-volume characterization and production data analysis.
• Scripting skills (Python, JMP, PERL, etc.) are advantageous.
