Position: Senior Product Support Engineer

Job Duties:

• Work with application development teams and quality assurance of financial software applications.
• Perform enterprise content management, quality assurance, and production support.
• Test and implement solutions for financial document management systems, including AFP and Xerox-based statement archival and retrieval.
• Develop detailed project documentation, plans, and test plans.
• Create procedures for ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of financial technology software.
• Manage enterprise content management using Rocket Software's Mobius suite, including Mobius View and Mobius for Windows.
• Implement automated quality assurance plans using Test Complete, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Analyze, coordinate, and implement automated QA test plans based on business requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with development and support teams.
• Document and review business requirements for new development tasks.
• Assist development staff in understanding work requirements.
• Utilize core applications and database systems for support and analysis.
• Provide technical root cause analysis, resolution, and application support.
• Serve as owner for Release, Upgrade, and Implementation projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support evolving business strategies.
