Job summary

Tailored Management seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to monitor security systems at our Mason, OH site. The role operates onsite on 2nd shift (3 PM to 11:30 PM, Mon–Fri) and requires vigilant monitoring of access control, cameras, and alarms.

The position supports incident response, reports incidents, and coordinates protective actions. Requires GSOC/SOC experience, strong communication, and ability to handle multiple incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a GSOC/SOC, emergency communications, or asset protection role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn access control, video management, mass notification and incident management platforms.
• Ability to work fixed rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors access control, video surveillance, alarms, and threat feeds across facilities.
• Validates alarms and events, distinguishes faults from real incidents, and reviews footage.
• Responds to incidents and emergencies, initiates protective actions and notifies leadership.
• Prepares incident reports and preserves video evidence for retention requirements.
