Leidos is seeking a proactive SOC Analyst to join our 24x7 front-line security operations team. You will defend mission environments against sophisticated cyber threats, conducting end-to-end investigations and producing detailed TTP reports for stakeholders.

The role requires active TS clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and CSSP-Analyst readiness within 180 days. Location is Scott AFB, IL, with a fixed five-day, 8-hour schedule and shift flexibility to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• CSSP-Analyst certification within 180 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or equivalent military experience.
• Commutable within 2 hours to Scott AFB, IL.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and triage security alerts from endpoints and IDS/IPS to identify threats.
• Deep-dive analysis of classified logs, pivoting between datasets to support investigations against nation-state actors.
• Produce detailed findings and reports for high-level stakeholders detailing TTPs.
• Integrate classified threat intel feeds and IOCs into security sensors and SIEM.
• Collaborate with incident response teams and communicate incidents to mission partners.
