Armada Recovery in Dayton, Ohio seeks a Sober Living Technician to support residents and maintain a safe, nurturing environment that fosters long-term sobriety.

You will participate in intake, orientation, and discharge, perform urine screens, manage resident records, conduct room searches, and keep the unit clean and stocked.

This PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME role offers flexible schedules, training opportunities, and a collaborative team committed to compassionate care for individuals in recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion for individuals in recovery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive support during resident intake, orientation, and discharge processes
• Administer urine screens and perform room searches, ensuring all procedures are documented accurately
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and supply levels of the unit
• Keep detailed resident records and ensure availability of necessary documentation on the unit
