Job summary

TPC Wellness in Mt. Orab, OH is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to help maintain a safe, structured environment for residents in recovery. The role blends supervision, documentation, transportation, admissions/discharges support, behavioral coaching, and compliance monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Active CDCA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident safety, security, and accountability.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Complete resident counts and facility check.
• Write incident reports, shift reports, and daily logs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident orientation.
• Conduct investigations and communicate findings.
• Collect urine drug screens.
• Perform facility, property, and personal searches.
• Monitor medication distribution.
• Transport residents to appointments, work sites, and court appearances.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and address behavioral concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, debriefings, and training.
