Job summary

Emend Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a BHT-House Manager at Restoration Recovery Center in California to maintain a safe sober house environment and support clients in recovery. Qualifications

• At least 6 months of sobriety if in recovery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Experience or interest in chemical dependency and knowledge of the 12 steps.
• Valid California drivere22s license.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Naloxone certifications.
• Pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Awake during swing shift (1:00 pma0– 11:30 pm) or NOC shift (11:00 pma0– 9:30 am).
• NOC shift: morning wake-up calls and transporting clients to outpatient facility.
• Swing shift: transporting clients to 12-step meetings, gym and activities.
• Breathalyze clients each evening.
• Monitor client needs and behaviors; provide customer service.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and document activities of daily living.
• Assist counselors with crisis management and report significant events.
