Emend Healthcare, through Restoration Recovery Center, seeks a BHT-House Manager to maintain a safe sober house environment and support clients in the program. You will document daily living activities, assist in treatment services, and back counselors with crisis management.
The role requires shifting schedules (swing and noc), reliable communication, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies. Valid CA license and current CPR/First Aid/Naloxone certifications are expected.

The BHT-House Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe living atmosphere in a sober house environment. Under the supervision of the RRC management, the BHT-House Manager will assist in client needs and monitor the clients while they are in the program. BHT-House Managers are responsible for documenting activities of daily living and will assist in facilitating the services required for treatment. BHT-House Managers will also assist counselors with crisis management and program activities as needed.
