Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant - Oracle Health Solutions

The Senior Consultant provides consulting services to clients on Oracle Health Revenue Cycle-related projects. You will offer subject matter expertise during client engagements to deliver solutions that achieve defined benefits. Your responsibilities may include guiding clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, and ongoing maintenance; acting as a consultant for solutions including troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and support; cultivating client relationships for issue escalation, solution knowledge, and engagement support; resolving escalated problems; performing test script execution; and participating in testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will perform Oracle Health-related consulting and optimize IT services for Nordic clients, including:

• Applying Oracle Health Soarian Financials - Patient Accounting expertise to client systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Serving as a subject matter expert in Oracle Health domain areas
• Mentoring client project teams in project and system build strategies
• Tracking and documenting work; adhering to reporting expectations
• Collaborating with project leadership on documentation and solutions
• Analyzing workflows and providing optimization suggestions
• Leading project meetings and work coordination
• Supporting, configuring, upgrading, maintaining applications
• Evaluating and testing new technologies with emphasis on interoperability
• Troubleshooting technical issues with internal teams and vendors
• Ensuring change management procedures are followed; maintaining documentation; executing testing
• Identifying IT improvement opportunities to drive client value
• Maintaining communication with project teams and stakeholders
• Representing the company at corporate functions and client meetings
• Assisting with ad hoc business operations projects as needed
