Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing expert support and consulting for our Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, with extensive interaction across departments such as patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• Minimum 3 years of Soarian Application experience
• At least 3 years of HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience
• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications

Additional Skills & Attributes

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with industry tools like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, etc., is a plus

Key Accountabilities

Customer service, teamwork, solution design, performance improvement, technical support, reporting, training, and on-call duties.
