• Obtain and maintain SOAR certification.
• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating monthly meetings with residents and stakeholders.
• Responding to client changes in needs and completing paperwork.
• Researching and linking to services; coordinating with providers.
• Weekly supervision with supervisor; participate in staff meetings.
• Assist with training of residential staff; monitor program quality.
• Complete applications for social security and other benefits.
