Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Manager for the SNP Operations team. You will translate CMS and Medicaid requirements into scalable workflows, supervise policies, and drive cross-functional improvements to keep SNP programs compliant and audit-ready.

You will collaborate with SNP Directors, monitor Medicaid reporting, and develop tools that empower frontline staff while aligning operations with evolving CMS mandates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Health Plan, or health care operations.
• Ability to interpret CMS and/or State Medicaid regulatory guidelines and translate them into standard operational workflows and compliance processes.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, independent, and curious, with a track record of managing detailed compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams.
• Direct experience with SNPs, SNP Model of Care development and implementation, or SNP care management operations.
• Experience in the Medicaid space (e.g., Medicaid compliance, benefits administration, claims processing, or D-SNP coordination).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Devoted's SNP regulatory models of care (MOC) annually with SNP Operations leadership.
• Oversee policies, procedures, and compliance universes to ensure CMS and MOC audit-readiness.
• Review and translate new CMS/State Medicaid requirements into operational workflows.
• Develop processes and early warning systems to detect and prevent compliance gaps.
• Build Medicaid benefit knowledge tools supporting frontline staff and members.
• Oversee Medicaid reporting with SNP leadership and ensure timely submissions.
