• 3+ years care coordination experience.
• 1+ years supervisory/lead experience in health care.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of managed care plans and medical terminology.
• Basic computer skills; 25 WPM (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
