Job summary

Boyne Resorts Brighton is seeking a positive supervisor to lead our Snowsports School team. The role blends instructing with supervisory duties on a hybrid schedule, with 1–2 supervisor days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will mentor instructors, manage scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations while upholding Boyne Resorts values. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read room, communicate with empathy and motivate instructors.
• Proven track record of building trust with teammates.
• Collaborative problem solving and openness to feedback.
• Able to juggle scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations.
• Experience using Flaik software for scheduling/pay.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support and inspire staff by being kind and cooperative.
• Provide on-hill and off-hill support to instructors daily and conduct clinics.
• Schedule, support and assist instructors on and off the snow.
• Lead morning meetings with management team.
• Organize and support multi-week programs as needed.
• Foster a culture of positivity, productivity, and professionalism.
• Learn and use Flaik for staff pay and scheduling.
• Assist with keeping facilities clean and tidy.
• Support Brighton as a fun, inclusive workplace.
