Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for the winter season 2026/27 in New Hampshire for snowmaking roles, among others. The position offers full-time hours during the winter seasonal period, with starting wages between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to work outdoors in alpine conditions. Perks include free employee passes and ski lessons, lodging and gear discounts, and growth through Epic Service training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned
