Job summary

Vail Resorts in New Hampshire seeks Snowmaker staff for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You’ll operate snowmaking and vehicle equipment, perform maintenance, and contribute to optimal skiing conditions for guests.

Expect a physically demanding indoor/outdoor environment, with opportunities for training and advancement. Roles offer full-time hours during the winter season and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned
