Job summary

Vail Resorts in Newbury, NH, invites applications for winter seasonal positions for the 2026/27 season. The Snowmaking team will operate equipment, maintain gear, and contribute to creating optimal ski conditions for guests.

Roles require a valid driver’s license, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate vehicles safely.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill.

Responsibilities

• Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Other duties as assigned
