Vail Resorts is hiring Snowmakers for the 2026/27 winter season in Paoli, Indiana. This position involves operating snowmaking equipment and vehicles, maintaining gear, and ensuring excellent snow quality for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowmaking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, safely.
• Perform basic maintenance on snowmaking equipment.
• Contribute to producing the best skiing surface for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
