The role requires a strong SQL foundation, Python familiarity, and real-world Snowflake experience, with collaboration across teams to deliver end-to-end analytics capabilities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• SQL: Highly skilled and fluent with advanced queries.
• Familiar with CTEs, complex joins, analytic/window functions.
• Python: some experience; intermediate or higher preferred.
• Snowflake: real-world experience preferred.
• Data profiling: identify keys, cardinality, data types, skew.
• Strong communication within teams and across groups.
• Understanding of product scope and QA to drive results.

• Design scalable data models and pipelines aligned with business goals.
• Develop complex DBT models with macros and custom materializations.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve Snowflake query and DBT model bottlenecks.
• Optimize Snowflake configurations and query performance.
• Design data quality frameworks and testing strategies.
• Create reusable DBT packages and macros for the team.
• Review PRs from junior engineers; troubleshoot production issues.
• Document architectural decisions and data lineage.
