Ethereum Technologies is seeking a data engineer to design scalable data models and pipelines aligned with business goals. You will develop complex DBT models, optimize Snowflake performance, and implement data quality frameworks.

Work collaboratively to translate requirements, create reusable DBT packages, review PRs, and troubleshoot production issues. Strong SQL, Snowflake, and data profiling skills are essential.

Formación

• SQL, CTES, analytic and windowing functions
• Python proficiency level: intermediate
• Snowflake experience
• Data profiling: keys, cardinality, data types

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable data models and pipelines aligned with business objectives.
• Develop complex DBT models using advanced features (macros, packages, custom materializations).
• Collaborate with leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions; identify and resolve Snowflake bottlenecks.
• Optimize Snowflake warehouse configurations and query performance.
• Design and implement data quality frameworks and testing strategies.
• Create reusable DBT packages and macros for team-wide use.
• Review and approve pull requests from junior team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Document architectural decisions and data lineage.
