Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake platform and Cortex capabilities.
• Proven expertise with Azure services, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience building AI agents, solution architecture, and integrating AI into enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile development and delivering measurable client value.
• Experience in multinational technology services environments and presales/enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business needs and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Conduct workshops to identify high-value AI use cases and assess technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored AI strategies and solution approaches.
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Snowflake Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, including semantic views, and Cortex Search.
• Design and implement Agentic Process Automation patterns to streamline operations.
• Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate AI approaches.
• Lead pilot projects and deliver measurable business value.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
• Document architectural designs, decisions, and project outcomes.
