Capgemini in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced Agentic AI Architect / Lead to design and scale Agentic AI platforms using Snowflake Cortex. You will lead a team of engineers and architects, delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions aligned with business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in data/AI, hands-on Snowflake Cortex expertise, and strong governance practices. You will drive RAG workflows, vector-based retrieval, and memory management while shaping AI strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Enterprise Tech.
• 3+ years building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Hands-on Snowflake Cortex and its components.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex.
• Evaluate existing AI agents for performance, scalability, and value.
• Design multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Architect AI-powered applications leveraging Cortex features: Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, LLM Functions, Document AI, Vector Embeddings, Semantic Search, and RAG.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, agent memory, tool usage, context management, reasoning, and governance.
• Mentor engineers on AI agent design patterns, evaluation methodologies, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
