Powder Tools is hiring a Snowboard Sales Associate in Colorado. You’ll share your passion for winter sports, help guests choose boards, boots, and bindings, and ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

You’ll keep displays sharp, assist with inventory, and deliver authentic customer service throughout the shift. You thrive on outdoor gear, enjoy talking shop, and can stand for hours while helping customers find their perfect setup.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly, and capable of engaging guests throughout the store.
• Comfortable talking about ski and snowboard gear with passion and credibility.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to work flexible holidays and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun, friendly shop experience.
• Help riders find their dream setup by sharing your expertise in boards, boots, and bindings.
• Dial in the perfect boot fit so riders are comfortable and ready to ride all day.
• Keep the shop organized with fresh merchandising and clean displays.
• Help track and manage inventory so the shop stays well-stocked.
• Other duties as may be assigned
