Job summary

Powder Tools in Colorado is seeking a Snowboard Sales Associate to share passion for the sport and help guests find the perfect setup. You’ll advise on boards, boots, bindings, and keep the shop looking sharp with merchandising and organized inventory.

You’ll welcome guests with energy, ensure a great shop experience, and help riders dial in boot fit for comfort and all-day riding. Must love winter sports, be chatty about gear, and stay flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is required.
• Passion for snowboarding/skiing is encouraged.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Summary Description:

As a Snowboard Sales Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things snowboarding. What Makes You a Fit:

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
