Job summary

Bridger Bowl Ski Area in Bozeman, MT seeks enthusiastic snowboard instructors to teach lessons to all abilities in a positive, safe, and fun environment, using current AASI methodology and Bridger Bowl policies.

You will document teaching hours, attend training, work with teams, and help inspire guests to enjoy the mountain while upholding safety and customer service standards. Employment is seasonal with employee discounts and ski passes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clear instructions and safety information to students.
• Willingness to work in winter conditions and on a schedule including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Teach snowboard lessons in a positive, safe, fun, and professional manner.
• Demonstrate contemporary snowboarding skills to children and adults using AASI methodology.
• Maintain timely and legible documentation of teaching hours, attendance, progress, and incidents as directed by management.
• Attend required meetings and training seminars and work collaboratively with staff and groups of students.
